This policy describes how Electric Shock LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, https://electricshockllc.com. It applies to the quote request form and to nothing else — we do not run an account system, a store or a newsletter.

We collect only what you type into the quote form. That is your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, together with the city or town the work is in, the service you are asking about, your rough timeline, the property type, your preferred contact method, and the message you write.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, government identification numbers, or any special category personal data. Please do not include them in your message.

To answer your request. Your details are used to prepare a quote, ask any follow-up questions, arrange a site visit if one is needed, and carry out the work if you go ahead. We keep a record of the enquiry so that we can pick up the conversation later, and so we have a history of the work if you come back to us.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

When you press send, the form posts your submission over an encrypted connection to a lead-handling service operated on our behalf. That provider stores the enquiry and notifies us so we can reply. They process the data under our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not build an advertising profile of you. Routine server logs may record technical information such as your IP address and browser type as part of delivering and securing the site. If we add analytics or other measurement tools in future, we will update this page to say so.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we have a reasonable business reason to hold them — typically while the quote is live, and afterwards as a record of work carried out, which can matter for warranty, insurance and tax purposes. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any point and we will stop. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor those.

This site is aimed at property owners and businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and we limit access to the people who need it to do the work.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
